With exclusive access to our facilities and the ability to customise decorations, room layout, delicious food, beverages, and music, The Lakehouse guarantees that planning an event will be a seamless experience.
The Venue
Nestled in the heart of New South Wales’ picturesque Hawkesbury Region, our spectacular venue effortlessly blends contemporary elegance with rural charm, offering you a breathtaking canvas to create your perfect day. This idyllic escape sits on the tranquil shores of Redbank Lake, North Richmond, in Western Sydney.

Proximity Meets Serenity
Western Sydney’s newest premier events venue is in North Richmond, just 40 minutes from Blacktown via the M7 and Richmond Road.
We have plenty of free onsite parking for guests so they can easily travel to your event.
Venue Capacity
The Lakehouse holds up to 120 guests seated and 180 guests for standing events. No matter the size of your group, we can configure the room so it feels intimate yet comfortable. You can hire the room for a few hours or a day-long event.
Venue Hire Fees
Unlike other venues, we don’t charge a venue hire fee. We ask that you spend a reasonable minimum on food and beverages.
Monday-Friday 7am–3pm: $1,500
Monday-Friday 3pm–11pm: $3,000
Saturday-Sunday 7am–3pm: $4,000
Saturday-Sunday 3pm–11pm: $6,000
Please note the following service charges apply for events requiring service. These fees cover the set of the room in your desired layout, professional wait staff to deliver a seamless level of service, and cleaning.
Up to 40 guests: $1,500
41 to 80 guests: $3,000
80 guests or more: $4,500

Kids Birthday Parties
We understand the importance of making a party feel special for a child’s special day. The Lakehouse is an ideal venue for children as the space allows you to decorate and bring in suppliers to keep the kids entertained. From balloons and games to soft play areas or a themed party host, we welcome all your ideas and suppliers to ensure the birthday child gets their wish.
We’ll provide the essentials, like a beautiful room, great food options for kids and adults, and staff to manage the event, allowing you to focus on having fun.
Menus For Kids
We know children can be challenging to please when it comes to food. We offer catering options that are kid-friendly and satisfying. We can set up a table specifically for little ones, which looks spectacular and ensures even the fussiest of eaters won’t be tugging at your sleeve to tell you they’re hungry.
We’ll also happily store and present your birthday cake, and if you want us to cut it for you, we’ll charge a small cakeage fee.
Adjacent Adventure Playground
We are lucky to be situated right next door to an incredible playground with slides, swings, structures to climb, and even a water play area perfect for small and big kids alike. While the park isn’t connected to the venue, it is thoughtfully located within eye-sight of our outdoor function space, ensuring a safe and secure environment. The park is also gated, giving you the peace of mind to keep a watchful eye on the little ones without missing a moment of joy with your family and friends.
