Venue Capacity
The Lakehouse holds up to 120 guests seated and 180 guests for standing events. Depending on the size of your guest list, we’ll configure the room to ensure it feels intimate for smaller groups and spacious for large ones. You will have exclusive use of both the indoor and outdoor areas of the venue for an incredible celebration with total comfort.

Venue Hire Packages
Unlike other venues, we don’t charge a venue hire fee. All we ask is that you reach a reasonable minimum spend on food and beverages.
Monday-Friday 7am–3pm: $1,500
Monday-Friday 3pm–11pm: $3,000
Saturday-Sunday 7am–3pm: $4,000
Saturday-Sunday 3pm–11pm: $6,000
Please note the following service charges apply for events requiring service. These fees cover the set up of the room in your desired layout, professional wait staff to deliver a seamless level of service, and cleaning.
Up to 40 guests: $1,500
41 to 80 guests: $3,000
80 guests or more: $4,500
