Our Location

The Lakehouse is located in North Richmond, Western Sydney, the venue is less than 45 minutes away from Blacktown and just a 15-minute drive from Penrith. If you are in Greater Western Sydney, The Lakehouse is easily accessible by car.

North Richmond is an hour’s drive from Sydney via the M4 for those travelling from the city.

Our purpose-built facility can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests seated and 180 guests for standing events. With the flexibility to configure the room how you wish, we will ensure the event spaces feel intimate yet comfortable for groups of all sizes.

Unlike most conference venues for hire, our stunning venue encompasses high ceilings and contemporary interiors. It is filled with natural light and framed by captivating water views. It is a calm setting to inspire creativity and drive team building.

Unlike most conference centres, we don’t charge room hire fees. Simply meet the minimum spend requirement for your chosen time and day.

You can hire the conference venue for as little as 3 hours, up to multiple days.
