The Lakehouse is situated just off Grose Vale Road in North Richmond. It is an easy 5-10 minute drive from the centre of Richmond. While you’ll only need to travel a short distance, you’ll feel worlds away as you transcend the hill towards the venue.

We offer exclusive use of our private function room and outdoor terrace, allowing you to make it your own and know you’ll have total privacy. The Lakehouse provides all-inclusive tailored packages to simplify things. Let us streamline your event planning process. Venue Capacity
Our venue offers an intimate space for smaller groups and can accommodate larger groups of up to 200 guests. With the flexibility to configure the room how you wish, we will ensure it feels intimate yet comfortable for groups of all sizes.
Function Room Hire Fees
Unlike other venues, we don’t charge a venue hire fee. All we ask is that you reach a reasonable minimum spend on food and beverages.
Monday-Friday 7am–3pm: $1,500
Monday-Friday 3pm–11pm: $3,000
Saturday-Sunday 7am–3pm: $4,000
Saturday-Sunday 3pm–11pm: $6,000
Please note the following service charges apply for events requiring service. These fees cover the set up of the room in your desired layout, professional wait staff to deliver a seamless level of service, and cleaning.
Up to 40 guests: $1,500
41 to 80 guests: $3,000
80 guests or more: $4,500
